Director of Minority Business Development and Compliance
The St. Louis County Government Department of Administration is looking for a motivated individual to join their team as the Director of Minority Business Development and Compliance. The Director will be in charge of implementing, administering and managing all aspects of the County’s Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) Program within St. Louis County’s Division of Procurement. The MBE/WBE program is designed to provide minority and women owned businesses with outreach and opportunity to participate in procurement activities with the County.
Contract Compliance Manager of Minority Business Development and Compliance
The St. Louis County Government Department of Administration is looking for a motivated individual to join their team as the Contract Compliance Manager of Minority Business Development and Compliance.
The Manager will provide targeted outreach and education to Minority-and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE), ensure participation goals are met through education, enforcement and contract compliance in County procurement process, and manage a team of contract compliance specialists.
